Modern and spacious 4-bedroom Villa Issi is perfect for guests who enjoy the privacy and comfort of a luxury pool villa but also like to be near Seminyak’s famous restaurants, lavish spas, chic lounges and vibrant nightspots.

The surprisingly unique architecture of Villa Issi is emphasized by the details in design and displayed artwork. The 4 x 25 meter pool, comfortable barbeque area, gym and fully equipped kitchen with in-house chef ensure the ultimate holiday experience.

Please note that due to the Villa’s unique design and position of the pool, Villa Issi is less suitable for young children under 10 years old.

Villa Issi Location

 Situated in the heart of Seminyak, Villa Issi has easy access to well-known restaurants including Ku De Ta, La Lucciola, Sarong, Metis, Potato Head beach club, Breeze at the Semaya, as well as trendy night clubs, shopping areas and wonderful spas.

Villa Issi is a 20 minutes’ drive from Bali’s international airport and only a 5 minute walk to the beach

Villa Issi Rooms

 Each of Villa Issi’s four bedrooms can comfortably accommodate a maximum of two guests per room. The villa’s nightly tariff represents the cost per night for a party of no more than eight guests

Villa Issi Terms

 Rates are subject to an additional 15.5 % Tax and Service Charge.

Rates above are inclusive of benefits:
- one time round trip Airport transfer
- daily breakfast
- welcome drinks and cold towels upon arrival
- flowers arrangement
- Internet Connection Wi-Fi
- fully staffs :cook, waitress, maids and house manager.

Seasonal periods:
Low Season: January 11th to May 31st (excludes Easter period and Chinese New Year), September 16th to December 19th
High Season: June 1st to September 15th, Easter period and Chinese New Year (Dates vary yearly)
Peak Season: December 20th to January 10th


Minimum stay required:
Low Season : 3 nights
High Season : 7 nights
Peak Season : 10 nights

The villa standard check in/out time:
- Check-in time : 14:00
- Check-out time : before 12:00
- In case late check-out until 18:00 will charge additional cost at 50% from one night villa rate, and full one night rate should be charge for check-out after 18:00.

Booking term and condition:
- A 50% deposit from the total rental value is required due to secure the booking.
- Deposits must be received by the villa within 5 working days after the relevant
invoice has been sent and otherwise the booking we assumed is NOT materialized.
- The payment should be in US Dollars
- The balance of payment is required to settle at 30 days prior arrival date for low season booking, 45 days for high season and 60 days for Christmas/New Year bookings.
- The reservation to be confirmed when the payments is received by the villa.
- For last minute bookings (within 1 week or less) then full payment upon arrival in cash is acceptable.

Cancellation Policy:
- Deposits will be refunded in full less USD 250.00 if the reservation
is cancelled at 61 days or more prior to arrival date(91 days for Christmas/New
Year bookings).
- In the event a reservation is cancelled less than 61 days
prior to arrival (or 91 days for Christmas/New Year bookings) the deposit
will be forfeited.
- Notice of cancellation must be received by the villa in writing.
- Final payments are non-refundable
