The villa and its garden occupy an area of 610m2. Being less than 300 metres from the beach and only a three minute walk from stylish restaurants such as Ku De Ta, La Luciola, and Hu’u, Villa Jemma is a perfect choice, both for adults, and for families with children of all ages. Villa Jemma combines the themes of space and light with the contrasting warmth of the landscaped gardens.

Villa Jemma is the latest villa to be found in the luxurious Laksmana Villa complex. The very center of what is now considered the “Elegant District” in Seminyak close to the well known Oberoi & Legian Hotels. The villa is a 20 minute drive from the airport and a mere 3 minute walk to both La Luciola and Ku De Ta Restaurants.

There are four large bedrooms; three king-sized doubles and one twin, which can be used as a study/TV room or as a bedroom.

Each has an attached bathroom offering guests the choice of bathing indoors or showering under the stars in true Bali style. The bedrooms overlook the large pool and lush tropical gardens. All bedrooms have telephones and individually controlled air conditioning, as well as cable TV (40 international channels including HBO and Star Movies), a music system for CDs/cassttes/radio, and a DVD/VCD player. There is also a music system in the eight metre square living room/dining room.

The rates above are included benefits such as below:
* Complimentary Airport transfers (20 minutes door to door)
* Complimentary full American breakfast
* Payments by credit card will be invoiced in Indonesian Rupiah at the prevailing exchange rate, in accordance with Indonesian Government Regulations
* The three bedrooms villa accommodates a maximum of 6 guests
* The one bedrooms villa accommodates a maximum of 2 guests

Extra bed is provided upon request with the following applicable charge:
- age up to 12 years will charge at US$ 35 + 15,5%
- age over 12 years will charge at US$ 50 + 15,5%

Seasonal periods:
Low Season : Jan 11 to May 31 (excludes Easter period and Chinese New Year) and Sept 16 to Dec 19
High Season : June 1 to Sept 15 Easter period and Chinese New Year (Dates vary yearly)
Peak Season : Dec 20th to Jan 10

Tentative Confirmation
On receipt of the reservation enquirer form, we will contact you and provide you with a confirmation of availability, villa rate (including any applicable charges), and the amount of deposit required 50% of total rental.

Reservation Confirmation

Due to high demand Villas are often booked in advance. To confirm your reservation you will need to forward a Bank Transfer for the deposit amount requested to our US$ bank account. When your deposit arrives in the bank account your reservation will be confirmed. Please advise us by email after your transfer has been made. We will then send you a written confirmation note. Reservations are handled on "first come, first serve" basis.

Check in/out time
- Check-in time: 14:00; Check-out time: 12:00.
- Late check-out (day use) until 18:00 is at additional charge of 50% from 1 (one) night villa rate and subject to availability

Cancellation Policy
All deposits are non refundable, unless agreed upon by the villa owner on special case by case basis. The balance of rental payment is due before your scheduled arrival date which once received is also non re fundable unless agreed buy the owner.

Minimum Rental Period
Low Season: 5-nights,
High Season: 7-nights,
Peak Season: 10-nights
The villa will accept either two or three nights length of stay but subject to case by case.

Insurance
We strongly recommend that you take out comprehensive travel insurance at the time of booking, to protect you and all those accompanying you for the full time of your visit against illness, incl. evacuation, injury, death, loss of baggage and personal items, cancellation and other travel contingencies.

Responsibility
Please be advised that we are not responsible for any loss or damage to personal equipment and property during your stay at Laksmana Villas, or during your participation in any activities during your visit to Bali. We will not accept responsibility for any delay, additional expense or inconvenience which maybe caused directly or indirectly by events outside of our control such as late arrival of International flights, civil disturbances, fire, floods, unusually severe weather, acts of God, acts of Government, or the failure of any machinery or equipment
