The property is comprised of a large two-storey building together with three single-storey guest suites, two open-air pavilions and an 18 x 8 metre swimming pool, situated in a beautiful garden. Villa Kalimaya Terms

 

* All rates quoted by USD per night and subject to 15% government tax and service charge.
*  Extra room is available (study room) converted to be regular bedroom share bathroom with master and additional cost at US$ 50 net / night per person  inclusive breakfast 

Rates above are inclusive of:
- One time round trip Airport transfer ( 1 x transfer in & 1 x transfer out )
- Daily continental or Asia breakfast
- Welcome drinks and cold towels upon arrival
- Free Wi-Fi internet connection
- Fully staff include private chef, maids and house manager.
- Free member access to Canggu Club

* Extra proper mattress also available to accomodate children under 10 years with cost US$ 15 per night per child included breakfast.
* Roll matress is available to accommodate children under 7 years with free of charge.

Seasonal Periods:
Low Season: January 11th to May 31st,September 16th to December 19th.
High Season: June 1st to Sept 15th, Easter week (22 – 29 Apr 2011, 6 – 13 Apr 2012), Chinese New Year (21st – 28th jan 2012) .
Peak Season: December 20th to January 10th

Minimum Stay requirement:
Low Season: 3 nights
High Season: 5 nights
Peak Season: 10 nights

Booking term and condition:
- A deposit of 50% of the rental amount must be received by the villa within five (5) working days after confirmation of reservation has been given. Full payment is required 45 days prior to arrival (or 60 days for Christmas/New Year bookings).
- For last minute bookings (within 1 week or less prior to arrival), full payment upon arrival in cash is acceptable.

Cancellation Policy:
1). Notice of cancellation must be received by the villa on writing either by
Fax or email prior to arrival at the villa.
2). Deposit will be refunded in full less US$300.00 unless the booking is cancelled at 45
days or more prior to arrival in Low season and in High and Peak
season booking should be notice at 61 days prior to arrival .
3). In the event of reservation is cancelled exceed from notice periods above, and
however the deposit has been paid will be non-refundable and full payment from the
total transaction is obligate.
4). Balance Payments is non-refundable.

Check in/out time:
- Check-in time: 14:00; Check-out time: 12:00.
- Late check-out (day use) until 18:00 is at additional charge of 50% from 1 (one) night villa rate and subject to availability

Functions and Events
Villa Kalimaya must approve any functions or events planned during the clients stay in our property, including approval for guest numbers that exceed 50% above the number of guests registered to stay. Such approval is at the sole discretion of Villa Kalimaya and will be priced accordingly. Full terms and conditions for the staging of functions and events will be forwarded upon application.
Villa Kalimaya reserves the right to insist on the appointment of a professional Event Organizer before permission to hold a function is granted.

Damages, breakages or losses
Guests are responsible for any breakages or damages incurred at the villa and agree to look after the property, leaving it in good order and in a clean condition. Guests also undertake to pay for damages, breakages or losses they may be responsible for during the period of their stay. Villa Kalimaya reserves the right to reclaim the hired property if the hirer, members of the guest party or guest visitors cause excessive damage or mess.

Responsibility
Villa Kalimaya is not responsible for any loss or damage to personal equipment and property during your stay with or during your participation in any activities during your visit to Bali. We will not accept responsibility for any delay, additional expense or inconvenience which maybe caused directly or indirectly by events outside of our control such as late arrival of International flights, civil disturbances, fire, floods, unusually severe weather, acts of God, acts of Government, or the failure of any machinery or equipment.

Villa Capacity Policy: 
The Villa is strictly observe of villa capacity policy.  Maximum villa occupancy is up to 10 persons adult. If you wish to have additional guests or function at the villa should be informed in advance to the villa management and otherwise the booking will not beaccepted prior confirmation
