Home Comforts
Villa Kebun is a private sanctuary for travellers seeking a luxury getaway with all the necessary modern home comforts and conveniences. No expense has been spared in the set up of this stylish property. The main living environment integrates a state-of-the-art gourmet kitchen featuring branded appliances and tableware. The adjacent dining area is furnished in a dark timber table setting that invites long evenings of good food and social interaction. A flat screen plasma television mounted upon the wall is surrounded by a simple lounge suite creating a cosy corner to sit and relax.

Outdoor Living
Villa Kebun is a visually appealing compound that wraps itself around a full length swimming pool with plenty of outdoor space for sun-lovers. A thatched pavilion covered in cushions overlooking the pool is a shady niche to stretch out with a book or take a leisurely afternoon nap. A stone terrace at the very end of the garden has been designed for casual alfresco dining with friends and loved ones. This setting can also accommodate a standing party to celebrate a special event or occasion.

Villa Kebun Bali Rooms

Bungalow Bedrooms
Three double sized bedrooms have been designed in a style similar to individual bungalows and cater to the needs and privacy of up to six adult guests. Each features a traditional Balinese roof of woven thatch and is fully air-conditioned to evoke nights of restful slumber. The same tasteful décor of dark timber furnishings in clean contemporary lines has been maintained in each bedroom. En-suite bathroom facilities are semi-open and ensure indulgent bathing rituals.

Tropical Elegance
Villa Kebun combines elements of traditional Balinese architecture with modern design principles to create an overall look that can be described as tropical elegance. Natural stone and timber features throughout the villa, while several decorative water features have been added as a refreshing touch to stimulate the senses. Although Villa Kebun is relatively new, every effort was made during construction to preserve the original landscape of mature trees and indigenous flora.

Rates are quoted in USD and are inclusive of 21% to government tax and service charge.

 

RATES

- Rates are subject to change, however we will honour rates for all reservations booked and paid prior to the change.

- Extra bed is at US$ 25 nett/night.


The rates above is inclusive of:

- daily housekeeping and linen service

- fresh fruits and flowers on arrival

- refrigerator stocked with basis essentials on arrival

- purified deinking water, coffee and tea

- drinks and groceries shopping service

- daily breakfast

- one time round trip Airport transfer
 

SEASONS

Low: January 9th to July 14th and September 16th to December 19th

High: July 15th to September 15th and December 20th to January 10th

Minimum Rental Period

Low Season: 5-nights,

High Season: 7-nights,

Peak Season: 10-nights

The villa will accept either two or three nights length of stay but subject to case by case.

 

CHECK IN - CHECK OUT

- Every effort will be made to ensure room availability by 14:00 hrs on the day of the arrival.

- Our check out time is 12:00 hrs unless prior notice is negotiated, subject to availability upon request.

- late check-out can be booked at half the daily rate

 

VILLA CAPACITY

We strictly observe the villa capacity policy. For example: the two bedroom villas maximum occupancy is 4 people. The three bedroom villa maximum occupancy is 6 people. If you wish to have additional guests we must be informed in advance.

 

CHILDREN POLICY

Our Children's policy is to provide 1 extra bed for one child under 15 years old. In the case of two children, we allow one child under 5 years old to sleep with parents and we will provide an extra bed for children 5 to 15 years old.

 

TERMS OF PAYMENTS

- A deposit of 50% of the amount must be received within five (5) working days after the relevant invoice has been sent.

- Final payment is required 30days prior to arrival in low season booking(60 days for Christmas/New Year bookings).

- If the booking is made less than 45 days prior to arrival (or 60 days for Christmas/New Year bookings); full payment is required within five (5)working days.

- If confirmation is made less than 5 days before the booking commences, payment is due immediately.

- For last minute bookings (within 7 days or less prior to arrival), full payment upon arrival in cash is acceptable.

 

CANCELLATIONS

1). Notice of cancellation must be received by the villa in writing either by Fax or email prior to arrival at the villa.

2). Deposit will be refunded in full less US$150 if the booking is cancelled 30 days or more prior to arrival in regular/high season(91 days for Christmas/New Year bookings).

3). In the event of reservation is cancelled less then notice of seasonal period as notice above, and however the deposit has been paid will be forfeited or non-refundable.

4). Balance Payments is non-refundable.

Insurance

The guests is advised to have travel insurance, for the unlikely event of an illness, accident, loss of personal items and other travel contingencies during the travel or stay in Bali.
