Villa Kim is strategically located in Seminyak; in a quiet residential area where the trendiest and most happening part of southern Bali, just north of Kuta. The area is home to a large expatriate community, who have over time developed the need for a few “home comforts” and away from crowds. This is where to find Bali Deli and famous Sunset Road, a wide range of very popular restaurants featuring cuisine from all over the world, boutique stores and of course shops selling the widest range of products from traditional wood carvings to designer handbags. Villa Kim is a short 20 minute drive to Ngurah Rai International Airport, 5 minutes drive to the famous sunset beach in Seminyak, 30 minutes to the internationally acclaimed Nirwana Golf and Country Club and 10 minutes into the action of downtown Kuta.

The pool deck takes great advantage of this and offers a perfect alternative place to take breakfast. Villa Kim Terms

 - All villa rates are inclusive 21% government tax & services charges.
- All rates are quoted in USD per night.

Rates above are inclusive of benefits:
- One time tranports transfer to airport.
- Daily breakfast for 2 person per room.
- Daily Cleaning Service.
- Welcome drink and fresh towel upon arrival.
- Complimentary Wi -Fi internet

Seasonal Periods :
Low : January 9th – June 30th, September 16th – December 19th.
High : July 1st – September 15th (Easter period, Chinese New Year, Idul Fitri).
Peak : December 20th – January 8th.

Minimum rental period:
Low Season: 3 nights
High Season: 5 nights
Peak Season: 7 nights

Villa standard requirement check in/out time:
- Check-in time : 14:00
- Check-out time : before 12:00
- In case late check-out until 18:00 will charge additional cost at 50% from one night villa rate, and full one night rate should be charge for check-out after 18:00.

Term and Booking condition:
- A 50% deposit from the total rental value is required due to secure the booking.
- Deposits must be received by the villa within 5 working days after the relevant invoice has been sent and otherwise the booking we assumed is NOT materialized.
- The payment should be in US Dollars.
- The balance of payment is required to settle at 30 days prior arrival date for low season booking, 45 days for high season and 60 days for Christmas/New Year bookings.
- The reservation to be confirmed when the payments is received by the villa.
- For last minute bookings (within 1 week or less) then full payment upon arrival in cash is acceptable.

Cancellation Policy:
- Deposits will be refunded in full less USD 250.00 if the reservation is cancelled at 61 days or more prior to arrival date(91 days for Christmas/New Year bookings).
- In the event a reservation is cancelled less than 61 days prior to arrival (or 91 days for Christmas/New Year bookings) the deposit will be forfeited.
- Notice of cancellation must be received by the villa in writing.
- Final payments are non-refundable.
