Our quiet oasis is only 5-10 mins walk to an exciting array of nightclubs, international restaurants, fashion shops and the Seminyak beach. Although Villa Kubu is so close to the centre, the most you will hear, as sunset falls, are the birds flying overhead on their daily migration path, the frogs chanting in the distance and the geckos playing their drum- type tunes. Then its time to get out of your trousers and stilettos and into your sarongs. After a romantic dinner, float in your private pool shimmering with candle light and soak up the moon beams in the stillness of a tropical balmy night. Bliss!

Wedding/Anniversaries
Kubu are offering wedding/anniversary party packages. We are experienced in organizing your program from start to finish. We arrange the priest and the legalities for wedding events (for Muslims, Christians, Hindu, Balinese, and most other religions), in-villa catering and flowers, traditional bands and dancers, international DJs, through to post ceremonial comforts, honeymoon luxury, and finally return you to the airport, personally.

Meditation and Yoga Courses
Kubu are offering private meditation and yoga classes. An instructor will come to your villa and be your personal guide. Please enquire with reservations for current prices.

Our friendly, experienced staff will assist you with all your needs and make any special arrangements you need during your stay at Villa Kubu.

VILLA CAPACITY

We strictly observe the villa capacity policy. For example: 1 bedroom maximum occupancy is 2 persons, the 2 bedroom villas maximum occupancy is 4 persons. The 3 bedroom villa maximum occupancy is 6 persons. If you wish to have additional guests we must get informed in advance.

Extra Bed

Extra bed will be charge at US$30 net/night includes breakfast for 1 pax

Minimum Rental Period

Low Season: 5-nights,

High Season: 7-nights,

Peak Season: 7-nights

The villa will accept either two or three nights length of stay but subject to case by case.

The villa booking procedures:

- To ensure book the villa we required your written e-mail as a booking confirmation, and then we will continue send you a pro forma invoice and bank details for a 50% deposit from the total rental outlay due to secure the reservation.

- the balance of payment should be settle prior arrival or at least upon check-in at the villa for regular period.

- but for the Christmas, New Year and high season period that the remaining balance of payment should be settle 45 days prior arrival to the villa.

Cancellation Policy:

1). Notice of cancellation must be received by the villa in writing either by

Fax or email at least 30 days prior to arrival for Low Season, 45 days prior to arrival for

High Season and 61 days for Peak Season bookings.

2). Deposit will be refunded in full less US$300.00, if the booking is cancelled 61 days

or more prior to arrival (91 days for Christmas/New Year bookings).

3). In the event of reservation is cancelled less then notice of seasonal period as

mentioned above, however the deposit has been paid will be forfeited.

4). Balance Payments is non-refundable.
