Villa Limon is a stylishly appointed three bedroom villa located in the heart of Seminyak, a vibrant district on the southern shores of Bali that attracts sophisticated international travellers. Villa Limon Bali Rooms

Villa Limon includes three bedrooms to comfortably accommodate a family or intimate group of friends travelling together. Fully air-conditioned with en-suite bathroom facilities, each double bedroom has been strategically positioned to give guests their own personal space to rest and relax at the end of every day.

Private Master Suite
The master suite is an individual dwelling that stands alone and is orientated towards the pool for complete adult privacy. It features a contemporary styled canopied bed with matching accessories and wardrobe space in polished timber. The en-suite bathroom facility is a sanctuary of pure indulgence created to ignite the senses with a separate rain shower and oversized bathtub for two set against a decorative water wall backdrop.

Modern Home Comforts
The main living environment integrates a kitchen and dining area beneath an elevated conical shaped roof in a design that seamlessly blends into the garden. By day this entire area is bathed in natural sunlight and embraces the afternoon sea breeze. A tasteful décor of timber and rattan furnishings is aesthetically balanced by dynamic pieces of local artistry. The fully equipped modern kitchen facility caters for in-villa dining and private social occasions. This inviting area is just footsteps away for the pool and demonstrates just how easy it is in Bali to become attuned to a lifestyle that is open to the elements of nature.

Inspired by the Balinese concept of outdoor living, Villa Limon is spread across a generous landscape complete with a swimming pool and Jacuzzi that is surrounded by a sun terrace in creamy sandstone. A traditional lounging pavilion is located in one corner of the garden under the trees as cool niche to enjoy a lazy afternoon in cushioned comfort. Water from the pool gently flows down to a slightly lower level where a wooden deck has been placed for alfresco dining under the stars.

Villa Limon Bali Terms

Rates are quoted in USD and are inclusive of 21% to government tax and service charge.

RATES

- Rates are subject to change, however we will honour rates for all reservations booked and paid prior to the change.

- Extra bed is at US$ 25 nett/night.

The rates above are inclusive of:

- daily housekeeping and linen service

- fresh fruits and flowers on arrival

- refrigerator stocked with basis essentials on arrival

- purified deinking water, coffee and tea

- drinks and groceries shopping service

- daily breakfast

- one time round trip Airport transfer

SEASONS PERIODS

Low: January 9th to July 14th and September 16th to December 19th

High: July 15th to September 15th and December 20th to January 10th

Minimum Rental Period

Low Season: 5-nights,

High Season: 7-nights,

Peak Season: 10-nights

The villa will accept either two or three nights length of stay but subject to case by case.

CHECK IN - CHECK OUT

- Every effort will be made to ensure room availability by 14:00 hrs on the day of the arrival.

- Our check out time is 12:00 hrs unless prior notice is negotiated, subject to availability upon request.

- late check-out can be booked at half the daily rate

VILLA CAPACITY

We strictly observe the villa capacity policy. For example: the two bedroom villas maximum occupancy is 4 people. The three bedroom villa maximum occupancy is 6 people. If you wish to have additional guests we must be informed in advance.
 

CHILDREN POLICY

Our Children's policy is to provide 1 extra bed for one child under 15 years old. In the case of two children, we allow one child under 5 years old to sleep with parents and we will provide an extra bed for children 5 to 15 years old.

TERMS OF PAYMENTS

- A deposit of 50% of the amount must be received within five (5) working days after the relevant invoice has been sent.

- Final payment is required 30days prior to arrival in low season booking(60 days for Christmas/New Year bookings).

- If the booking is made less than 45 days prior to arrival (or 60 days for Christmas/New Year bookings); full payment is required within five (5)working days.

- If confirmation is made less than 5 days before the booking commences, payment is due immediately.

- For last minute bookings (within 7 days or less prior to arrival), full payment upon arrival in cash is acceptable.

CANCELLATIONS

1). Notice of cancellation must be received by the villa in writing either by Fax or email prior to arrival at the villa.

2). Deposit will be refunded in full less US$150 if the booking is cancelled 30 days or more prior to arrival in regular/high season(91 days for Christmas/New Year bookings).

3). In the event of reservation is cancelled less then notice of seasonal period as notice above, and however the deposit has been paid will be forfeited or non-refundable.

4). Balance Payments is non-refundable.

Insurance

The guests is advised to have travel insurance, for the unlikely event of an illness, accident, loss of personal items and other travel contingencies during the travel or stay in Bali.
