Villa Massilia is a peaceful oasis of two contemporary villas, Villa 1 with three bedrooms and Villa 2 with four bedrooms, located in Seminyak area near Legian, Petitenget and Umalas. The villas are conveniently located just a few minutes' walk from the magnificent Seminyak beach and wide choice of internationally acclaimed restaurants, including the famous Kudeta.

This brand new fully staffed holiday villa in Bali is complemented by a 13-metre swimming pool, and poolside bale-style relaxation pavilion.Main house has 2 king size bedrooms, both with ensuite bathroom, shower and bath-tubs. Villa Massilia Terms

Villa rates subject to 15% Government Tax and Service Charge

Rates above are inclusive of benefits:
- Pick up & transfer from Airport to villa and transfer from villa to Airport (1 x in & 1 x out)
- Welcome drinks, fruits basket,  and chilled towel are served upon arrival
- Fresh flowers arrangement
- Daily villa breakfast for two persons per room
- Free Wi-Fi Internet access
- Daily housekeeping and full-time staff

- Meals, laundry, local transportation, telephone bill and other optional extras are at guests’ account.
- Extra bed (size 120m x 200m) is provided upon request with additional charge at US$ 50  net / night and include daily breakfast.

Seasonal periods:
Low Season  : Jan 08 to June 30 ,Sept 16 to Dec 19
High Season : July 01 to 31,Sept 01 to 15, Easter week, Chinese new year
Peak Season : Aug 01 to Aug  31 ,Dec 20t to Jan 08( Christmas &  New Year)

Minimum stay required:
Low Season: 2 NIGHTS
High Season: 5 NIGHTS
Peak Season: 7 NIGHTS

The villa standard check in/out time:
- Check-in time : 14:00
- Check-out time : before 12:00
- In case late check-out until 18:00 will charge additional cost at 50% from one night villa rate, and full one night rate should be charge for check-out after 18:00.

Booking term and condition:
- A 50% deposit from the total rental value is required due to secure the booking.
- Deposits must be received by the villa within 5 working days after the relevant
invoice has been sent and otherwise the booking we assumed is NOT materialized.
- The payment should be in US Dollars
- The balance of payment is required to settle at 30 days prior arrival date for low season booking, 45 days for high season and 60 days for Christmas/New Year bookings.
- The reservation to be confirmed when the payments is received by the villa.
- For last minute bookings (within 1 week or less) then full payment upon arrival in cash is acceptable.

Cancellation Policy:
- Deposits will be refunded in full less USD 250.00 if the reservation
is cancelled at 61 days or more prior to arrival date(91 days for Christmas/New
Year bookings).
- In the event a reservation is cancelled less than 61 days
prior to arrival (or 91 days for Christmas/New Year bookings) the deposit
will be forfeited.
- Notice of cancellation must be received by the villa in writing.
- Final payments are non-refundable.
