Villa Pantai Biru (or “villa on blue sands at sunset”) like its neighbour, the renown Oberoi Hotel, is one of the only beachfront villas built in Bali in the early 1990’s. This celebrity residence offers its guests a casual and relaxed “at-home” feeling, yet with all the comforts only afforded by private ownership, including the museum quality art and antiques and the level of service provided by its dedicated staff.

Villa Pantai Biru also has its own large open-air covered Private Beach Pavilion or Beach Gazebo on the beach with its own chaise lounges for cat-naps or massages and surrounding fountain, Koi pond, 15th Century stone Buddha and Zen Garden and waterfall. A large 4 x 6 meter adjoining Sun Deck on the beach provides with full sun and privacy, plus a great place for those romantic moonlight dinners or beachfront gatherings. The Villa management can also organize fabulous BBQ buffets for its live-in guests with service staff wearing traditional Balinese costumes or hire a 10 piece Balinese Gamalon band and 4 traditional dancers for those special occasions for only $50.

Villa Pantai Biru (Villa on the Blue Beach/Sea) is in the very “epicentre” of what is now called Bali’s upmarket “Golden Triangle” and on the Oberoi Road, aka “Millionaires’ Mile”. Yet the villa is only 20 minutes drive from the Airport and only 15 minutes from Kuta Beach, the beach town centre and home to the Aussie surfers and the many tourist shops and boutiques. Stretching on its own 20 metre beachfront, with its imposing sea wall, Villa Pantai Biru is central, yet private and secluded, set away from tourists, yet only 3 minutes' walk to Bali’s most favourite restaurants such as The Ku de Ta; La Luchiolla; Hu'U; Living Room; and 5 minutes' drive to Laksamana or "Restaurant Row" where over 50 small friendly restaurant abide.

The Villa has five (5) fully air-conditioned newly-decorated bedrooms. Four (4) bedrooms have its own private open-style garden bathrooms and showers and face the Sea. One is affectionately called the Honeymoon Suite and is attractively appointed in white wide-board teak floors, most with surrounding full length French doors opening to the beach plus its own private balcony. There are five (5) beds; four (4) king-size beds, one (1) queen-size, plus an open air double modern-style bed on the seaside Gazebo. Extra roll-in beds and cribs are available.

Villa Pantai Biru has 5 bedrooms, 4 with king-sized beds and private bath, 1 with double bed. 4 bedrooms have full view of the Indian Ocean, some with 180° windows or French doors opening to the sea. Choices include:

Check Out Policy:
Guest check out is 12 noon. Late check out after 2pm is 50% daily charge rate. After 4pm, 100% of daily charge rate.

We encourage our guests to leave a staff tip (of 3- 5 % of villa rate paid) as an appreciation.

It is very important to the staff and their families.

Number of Guests:
Rates based on up to 9 persons including children. Over 9 persons is USD$50 per person additional. Rates for parties of 4 persons or less are negotiable.
