Villa Pulu is a three bedroom villa located in Seminyak Bali finished throughout in natural stones, granite flooring and other quality fittings. The villa have been designed and characterized by a spacious open plan layout in a modern tropical contemporary style. Villa Pulu Bali is set in 520 square meters of lush tropical gardens, including swimming pool, pool deck and pool side lounge. Villa Pulu is ideally positioned to join the action of the trendy Seminyak shopping, restaurant and bar and other iconic Bali day and night hotspots.

Villa Pulu Bali is ideally located in Seminyak. Only within 15 minutes drive you will find all Seminyak’s trendy shops, well known and favorite restaurants, bars and night hotspots.

Villa Pulu Bali Rooms

The bedrooms are all individual overlooking the pool and tropical gardens. Each having air-conditioning and fan, LCD TV with satellite channels with indoor en-suite bathrooms. Wireless internet connection is also available throughout the villa.

All rates above are inclusive of 21% prevailing government tax and service charge

Rates above are inclusive of benefits:
- Pick up & transfer from Airport to villa and transfer from villa to Airport
- Refreshments and welcome drink upon arrival at the villa.
- Daily Continental breakfast.
- Free WIFI Internet access from the villas (guest' personal laptop is required).
- Serviced daily including housekeeping

* Meals, laundry, local transportation, telephone bill and other optional extras are at guest's account.
* Latest model 6-seater air-conditioned car with personal English speaking driver is available for an extra US$ 55 per day – ALL IN.

Seasonal periods:
Low Season: January 9 - June 30 & September 16 - December 19
High Season: July 1 - July 31 & September 1 - September 15
Peak Season: August 1 - August 31 & December 20 - January 8

Minimum stay required:
Low Season : 3 nights
High Season : 5 nights
Peak Season : 7 nights

The villa standard check in/out time:
- Check-in time : 14:00
- Check-out time : before 12:00
- In case late check-out until 18:00 will charge additional cost at 50% from one night villa rate, and full one night rate should be charge for check-out after 18:00.

Booking term and condition:
- A 50% deposit from the total rental value is required due to secure the booking.
- Deposits must be received by the villa within 5 working days after the relevant invoice has been sent and otherwise the booking we assumed is NOT materialized.
- The payment should be in US Dollars
- The balance of payment is required to settle at 30 days prior arrival date for low season booking, 45 days for high season and 60 days for Christmas/New Year bookings.
- The reservation to be confirmed when the payments is received by the villa.
- For last minute bookings (within 1 week or less) then full payment upon arrival in cash is acceptable.

Cancellation Policy:
- Deposits will be refunded in full less USD 250.00 if the reservation is cancelled at 61 days or more prior to arrival date(91 days for Christmas/New Year bookings).
- In the event a reservation is cancelled less than 61 days prior to arrival (or 91 days for Christmas/New Year bookings) the deposit will be forfeited.
- Notice of cancellation must be received by the villa in writing.
- Final payments are non-refundable.
