Seasonal Periods:
- Low Season: January 9 – June 30,September 16 – December 19
- High Season: July 1 – 31, September 1 -15, February 11 – 16 ( Chinese New Year 2010 ), April 2 – 8 inclusive ( Eastern Week 2010 )
- Peak Season: August 1 – 31, December 20 -January 8

Minimum Stay:
- Low Season: 5 nights
- High Season: 7 nights
- Peak Season: 10 nights
- Be able to book either 3 or 4 nights subject to case by case basis.
