The villa has four air-conditioned ensuite bedrooms, a large open sided dining room, spacious lounges located both upstairs and downstairs, an air-conditioned study and a small but well equipped gym, all of which overlook a generous pool and lush tropical gardens.

Four bedrooms each with ensuite bathroom, refrigerator, flat screen TV, DVD player and safe deposit box. The master bedroom is complete with jacuzzi and both indoor and outdoor shower options. A study room is adjacent to, and can be accessed from, the master bedroom.

All villa rooms overlook the pool and garden and offer complete privacy. Each room has individually controlled air conditioning and fans.

With a full time staff of six, comprising a villa manager, a chef and four butlers, Villa Shinta Dewi provides the quality service one would expect of such a quality villa. Staff are available 24 hours a day to provide assistance with any of your holiday needs. Our Chef, who can prepare anything from snacks to five course meals, will cater for all your dining requirements in the well equipped and ultra modern "state of the art" kitchen. Invite friends for cocktails or a full sit down dinner for up to twelve. Utilize the villa bar facilities located in the upstairs lounge.

All rates above are included the following benefit:

Extra bed is provided upon request with the following applicable charge:
- age up to 12 years will charge at US$ 35 + 15,5%
- age over 12 years will charge at US$ 50 + 15,5%

Seasonal periods:
Low Season : Jan 11 to May 31 (excludes Easter period and Chinese New Year) and Sept 16 to Dec 19 
High Season : June 1 to Sept 15 Easter period and Chinese New Year (Dates vary yearly)
Peak Season : Dec 20th to Jan 10

Rates are based on up to 8 persons for 4 bedrooms. Extra guests may only be allowed with the approval of the management or the owner.

Minimum stay requirements:
Low season : 3 nights
High season : 7 nights
Peak season : 10 nights

The Villa Booking Procedures:
- To ensure book the villa we required your written e-mail as a booking confirmation, and then we will continue send you a pro forma invoice and bank details for a 50% deposit from the total rental outlay due to secure the reservation.
- the balance of payment should be settle prior arrival or at least upon check-in at the villa for regular period.
- but for the Christmas, New Year and high season period that the remaining balance of payment should be settle 45 days prior arrival to the villa.

Cancellation Policy:
- Deposits will be refunded in full less USD 250.00, if the reservation is cancelled 61 days or more prior to arrival (91 days for Christmas/New Year bookings)In the event a reservation is cancelled less than 61 days prior to arrival (or 91 days for Christmas/New Year bookings) the deposit will be forfeited.
- Notice of cancellation must be received by the villa on writing
