Bintang Supermarket is just minutes away to stock up on snacks and refreshments. The laidback surf culture of Blue Ocean Beach is also close by for a fun day out finishing with a dramatic sunset. Villa Sundari is a great base in Bali to enjoy all that the island has to offer. Ngurah Rai International Airport is a 20 minute journey by car.

Family Friendly Bedrooms
The other two bedrooms are housed within a separate building tucked neatly into a corner of the compound. The ground floor bedroom is suitable for children with twin beds and a spa-styled bathroom complete with a separate bath and unique outdoor shower. There is another double bedroom and bathroom facility on the upper level decorated in an earthy colour palette with full size picture windows overlooking the whole property. It is accessed via a spiral staircase from the garden and also connects to the mezzanine terrace.

Private Adult Suites
There are two bedroom suites located upstairs, each with a large canopied bed and clean-line decor to ensure peaceful slumber. Both rooms also have a lavish en-suite bathroom facility in creamy natural stone featuring a separate shower alcove and generous terrazzo tub. Each bedroom has direct access to a delightful terrace that is elevated over the pool and garden. It is protected by a shady rooftop and has comfortable chairs to laze the day away or catch the evening breeze. Bamboo grows in planter boxes for added privacy from the street.

Inviting Tropical Compound
Villa Sundari is a true gem that is secluded within the confines of a modern Balinese compound. Hidden behind a double parking space is an elaborately carved doorway that opens wide to reveal an inviting garden protected by a stone Buddha. This environment embodies outdoor living with a freeform swimming pool, Jacuzzi, sundeck and a Balinese lounging pavilion. A border of exotic palms and native flora infuse this serene setting with shades of indigenous greenery.

Exclusive Living Environment
The main body of the villa is a two storey structure encompassed by a decorative waterway. On the ground level is an open-plan space featuring a gourmet kitchen filled with stainless steel appliances and high-end tableware. Full length glass doors surround an integrated lounge and dining area filling it with natural light and ventilation. It is a tastefully decorated space with a plush cushioned sofa facing a home entertainment system. The dining table is a stunning piece of timber designed to seat eight guests.

All rates above are inclusive of 21% prevailing government tax and service charge

The rate above are inclusive of the following benefits:
- Welcome drink, fruit, and refreshing towel on arrival.
- Daily breakfast (max 2 persons per room).
- Wi-Fi internet connection.
- Airport pick-up service.

Seasonal:
High season period: July 15 - August 31.
Peak season period: December 20 - January 5.

Check in - check out timeh:
Every effort will be made to ensure room availability by 14:00 hrs on the day of the arrival. Our check out time is 12:00 hrs unless prior notice is negotiated, subject to availability with additional charge at 50% from one night villa rental rate and full one night rate should applied for check-out after 18:00.

Minimum Stay Requirements:
- Low Season : 3 nights
- High Season: 5 nights
- Peak Season: 7 nights

Villa Capacity Policy
We strictly observe the villa capacity policy. For example: three bedroom villas maximum occupancy is 6 persons. The four bedroom villa maximum occupancy is 8 persons. If you wish to have additional guests we must be informed in advance and otherwise the booking will not be accepted.

Booking term and condition:
- A 50% deposit from the total rental value is required due to secure the booking.
- Deposits must be received by the villa within 5 working days after the relevant
invoice has been sent and otherwise the booking we assumed is NOT materialized.
- The payment should be in US Dollars
- The balance of payment is required to settle at 30 days prior arrival date for low season booking, 45 days for high season and 60 days for Christmas/New Year bookings.
- The reservation to be confirmed when the payments is received by the villa.
- For last minute bookings (within 1 week or less) then full payment upon arrival in cash is acceptable.

Cancellation Policy:
- Deposits will be refunded in full less USD 250.00 if the reservation
is cancelled at 61 days or more prior to arrival date(91 days for Christmas/New
Year bookings).
- In the event a reservation is cancelled less than 61 days
prior to arrival (or 91 days for Christmas/New Year bookings) the deposit
will be forfeited.
- Notice of cancellation must be received by the villa in writing.
- Final payments are non-refundable.
