Villa Willys is a managed compound of three self-contained private villas where each unit is individually gated and comes with private swimming pool. Laying-back on the golden-sandy beach of Petitenget, which is only a few minutes away on foot, or on your own private poolside is solely at your choice. Dedicated estate manager and all the staffs are available to both pamper your indulgence in the villa, as well as proper arrangement should you want to enjoy the rest of the island outside your gate.
With charming simple yet functional layout, furnishing, and decor, the villas are all about tropical holiday living, maximizing enjoyment of both the heat of tropical sun and soothing ocean breeze throughout. Functional modern amenities in Western standard is provided to ensure your comfortable stay, including air-conditioning, en-suites with running hot and cold water, TV and DVD players in each bedroom, and fully equipped kitchen.

Villa Willys Bali Location

Villa Willys is only a short distance from the center of Kuta, Legian and Seminyak. It is an ideal base from which to explore the rest of the island and is only 12 km from the Ngurah Rai International Airport.

Villa Willys Bali Rooms

Villa 1 (two-bedroom villa)

Villa 1 is the only two bedrooms unit on the estate, located at the front-most, close to the main gate and security post. Whilst it has a private swimming pool located immediately upon the entrance gate, size of pool and the garden are quite smaller than those in the other units. However, smart design makes it still appear as a comfortable home despite of its exact measurements.

Living quarters are housed in an L-shape building surrounding the swimming pool. Compact open living area overlooking the swimming pool comes with comfortable lounging couches, dining area, and a small kitchen. The two bedrooms are smartly located on different sides of the pool allowing both to enjoy quite wide views.

Villa 2 (three-bedroom villa)

The deep blue of the swimming pool is all you catch by entering the gate of Villa 2 which houses three bedrooms. On the opposite side of the pool is the main pavilion housing simple living-dining areas with kitchen, and two en-suited bedrooms on both sides. The master bedroom on the left facing a soothing artificial fountain has an en-suite with bath tub. The other bedroom on the right, directly facing the swimming pool, comes with a rain-shower en-suite.

On the other side of the pool is the third bedroom housed in unique raised wooden house. Comes with a private en-suite, the bed is placed in front of a large window overlooking the swimming pool, creating a unique feeling of sleeping directly on the poolside, but with a comfort of air-conditioned bedroom.

Villa 3 (three-bedroom villa)

Housing its three bedrooms in two separated pavilions, Villa 3 enjoys the largest land plot in the estate. Entering through its private gate is the most eye-catching part of the house, a round building with soaring canonical thatched roof, which house a spacious bedroom with large canopied bed. Large windows along the wall allow you to enjoy the rest, including the swimming pool and the lawn from the bed.

Free form swimming pool sits comfortably on spacious decently-manicured lawn giving a nice contrast of azure blue and tropical green. A narrow pathway between the round-house and the swimming pool leads to the main pavilion at the end of the plot. The main pavilion houses simple living-dining areas with kitchen, and two en-suited bedrooms on both sides. The master bedroom on the left facing a soothing artificial fountain has an en-suite with bath tub. The other bedroom on the right, directly facing the swimming pool, comes with a rain-shower en-suite.

The above rates are inclusive 10% service charge & 11% Goverment tax.

Rates above are inclusive of:

- one time return transfer from Airport to Villa

- Daily in-villa American breakfast

- Welcome drinks and cold towels

- Daily House Keeping

Villa Check-in time & check-out time

- Villa check-in time is at 14:00 and check-out time is at 12:00

- Late check-out can be arranged but must be approved by the villa management and subject to availability.

- Late check-out till 18:00 will be charge at 50% of villa rental.

- Late check-out past 18:00 will be charged one night villa rate.

Extra person:

Extra bed charge is at US$ 30 nett/night including daily breakfast.

Seasonal rates:

Low Season : January 11 - June 31, October 1 - December 19

High Season: July 15 to 31, September 1 to 15(Chinese New Year or Easter week).

Peak Season: August 1 to 31, December 18 to January 10

Minimum Stay Requirements:

Low Season : 5 Nights (Rest of the year)

High Season : 7 Nights (15 - 31Jul, 01 - 15Sep)

Peak Season : 7 Nights (01 - 31Aug, 20Dec - 08Jan)

The villa will accept either two or three nights length of stay but subject to case by case.

Villa Capacity:

We strictly observe the villa capacity policy. For example: 2 bedroom maximum occupancy is 4 persons, the 3 bedroom villas maximum occupancy is 6 persons. If you wish to have additional guests we must get informed in advance.

Damage

In the event of damage to villa property caused by the guest then the villa management requires full payment of the replacement value of the damaged item prior to check-out.

The villa booking procedures:

- To ensure book the villa we required your written e-mail as a booking confirmation, and then we will continue send you a pro forma invoice and bank details for a 50% deposit from the total rental outlay due to secure the reservation.

- the balance of payment should be settle prior arrival or at least upon check-in at the villa for regular period.

- but for the Christmas, New Year and high season period that the remaining balance of payment should be settle 45 days prior arrival to the villa.

Cancellation Policy:

- Deposits will be refunded in full less USD 150.00, if the reservation is cancelled 61 days or more prior to arrival (91 days for Christmas/New Year bookings)In the event a reservation is cancelled less than 61 days prior to arrival (or 91 days for Christmas/New Year bookings) the deposit will be forfeited.

- Notice of cancellation must be received by the villa on writing
