Villa Windu Sari is a peaceful oasis in the heart of Petitenget on Bali's southwest coast.

The four-bedroom villa is characterised by an abundance of teakwood and marble and is comprised of two shingle-roof pavilions housing a magnificent open-sided living and dining area, a cosy media room, an entertainment terrace, a gym, four bedrooms on two levels, a kitchen and a service area.

The property is set within a delightful walled garden complete with a feature swimming pool, and nestled within a safe and secure private estate, just a few minutes' walk from the beach and a whole host of world-class restaurants. It is ideal for families with older children.
 

Villa Windu Sari Location

Villa Windu Sari is just a short stroll from the sweeping Petitenget Beach, which is well-known for its surf breaks, panoramic coastline views and picture-perfect sunsets. A wide choice of world-renowned, fine dining restaurants, including the famous Ku Dé Ta, Hu'u, Living Room, La Lucciola, Breeze at The Samaya, and Blossom at Sentosa, are all less than a kilometre away, and the area also boasts a growing number of designer boutiques.

Nearby places of interest include one of Bali's most sacred Hindu temples, Pura Petitenget, the fourth largest temple in Bali, where some of the most spectacular Balinese ceremonies may often be witnessed. Furthermore, the villa is only 20 minutes' drive from Bali's international airport.

Villa Windu Sari is comprised of two major buildings set in a lush, tropical, private walled garden exhibiting a generous selection of tropical plants. A water feature wall feeds under a wooden deck into a sparkling, deep blue swimming pool next to an enticing relaxation Bale.

The two-storey contemporary villa presents four bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms in one pavilion, while a separate, adjacent pavilion houses a comfortable open Lounge & Dining area off a well equipped kitchen and services area. Upstairs is a cosy, air-conditioned Media Room with a terrace leading to a conveniently located gymnasium.

The stairway to the Media Room culminates on an internal landing which looks over a traditional rice field on the next door land area, where local farmers tend their crop using age old techniques. The adjoining Terrace is inward looking, with an elevated view over the walled garden and swimming pool.

Rates above are subject 15.5% to Government Tax and service charge.

The rates above is inclusive of the following benefit:
- One time round trip Airport transfer
- daily breakfast- Welcome drinks and cold towels upon arrival
- Flowers arrangement
- WI-FI internet connection
- Butler service
- Fully staff: maids, chef and in house manager

 Extra bed is provided upon request with the following applicable charge:
- age up to 12 years will charge at US$ 35 + 15,5%
- age over 12 years will charge at US$ 50 + 15,5%

Seasonal periods:
Low Season : Jan 11 to May 31 (excludes Easter period and Chinese New Year) and Sept 16 to Dec 19
High Season : June 1 to Sept 15 Easter period and Chinese New Year (Dates vary yearly)
Peak Season : Dec 20th to Jan 10

The villa standard check in/out time:
- Check-in time : 14:00
- Check-out time : before 12:00
- In case late check-out until 18:00 will charge additional cost at 50% from one night villa rate, and full one night rate should be charge for check-out after 18:00.

Minimum Stay and Rental Rates:
The usual minimum stay is 3 nights during "low season" and 7 nights in "high season"; rental rates vary according to season and are subject to change without notice.

Villa Booking procedures:
- A 50% as down payment from total rental value is required to secure the booking
- The payment should be in US Dollars
- The reservation to be confirmed when the deposit is received by the villa
- The remaining due balance should be settle prior arrival at the villa(within 45 days in low season,60 days in high season and peak season)
- And the remaining due balance is non refundable

Cancellation Policy:
1). Notice of cancellation must be received by the villa in writing either by Fax or email at least 45 days prior to arrival for Low Season, 61 days prior to arrival for High Season and Peak Season bookings.
2). Deposit will be refunded in full less US$300.00, if the booking is cancelled 61 days
or more prior to arrival (91 days for Christmas/New Year bookings).
3). In the event of reservation is cancelled less then notice of seasonal period as
mentioned above, however the deposit has been paid will be forfeited.
4). Balance Payments is non-refundable.

Check-in & Check-out time:
Villa check-in time is at 14:00 and check-out time is at 12:00
and if there required any late check-out then subject of villa availability and the
villa shall applied another additional extra charge at 50% from one night rental rate.

Villa Capacity:
The management Windu Sari villa is strictly observe the villa capacity policy. Four bedrooms villa maximum occupancy is up to 8 persons. If you wish to have additional guests or hold a function at the villa then must be informed in advance to the villa management otherwise the booking will not be accepted without prior confirmation.
