Sunset Hill Villa is conveniently located just 25 minutes walk from town along the most beautiful path in Ubud, the Resort offers five one-bedroom villas set in a lush tropical garden.
Built by French architect Christian Malmoux and his chinese wife as their private residence, Sunset Hill Villas and Spa was designed as a restful retreat for the senses. The villas are generously furnished in a clean contemporary style complemented with Balinese accents and original artwork and provide five-star hotel amenities such as air-conditioning, private verandah, personal safe and mini bar.
The main complex features a sprawling open-air lounge and breakfast area that offers a bedroombreathtaking view of the Woss River Valley, framed by the majestic sacred of Batukaru Mountain. A multi-level water feature leads down to the 20-metre infinity pool The perfect place to enjoy the cool air and warm sun. And tocomplete the resort experience, a beautiful spa villa set amidst flowers and water provides a serene backdrop for traditional Balinese massage treatments.

- Peak Season from Dec 21 to Jan 5
- High Season from Aug 1 to Aug 31

 

Minimum stay required:
Low season: 7 nights
High season: 10 nights
Peak season: 12 nights

 

The villa booking procedures:
- To ensure book the villa we required your written e-mail as a booking confirmation, and then we will continue send you a pro forma invoice and bank details for a 50% deposit from the total rental outlay due to secure the reservation.
- the balance of payment should be settle prior arrival or at least upon check-in at the villa for regular period.
- but for the Christmas, New Year and high season period that the remaining balance of payment should be settle 45 days prior arrival to the villa.

Cancellation Policy:
- Deposits will be refunded in full less USD 150.00, if the reservation is cancelled 61 days or more prior to arrival (91 days for Christmas/New Year bookings)In the event a reservation is cancelled less than 61 days prior to arrival (or 91 days for Christmas/New Year bookings) the deposit will be forfeited.
- Notice of cancellation must be received by the villa on writing
