Far from the bustle of daily Balinese life, Villa Kanti is situated on the edge of a small, quiet Balinese village. It is located near Mas Village; which is known as the wood carving village, as well as Sukawati the art market and Celuk Village, where you can find smithied items of gold and silver. Villa KANTI is a ten minute drive from the center of Ubud and only a forty-five minute drive from Ngurah Rai International Airport.

KANTI is the ‘Sanskrit’ word for “light” and the residence is bathed in natural light while protecting the privacy of our residents - it is both magical and unforgettable.

From that first moment of entry into Villa Kanti, you will be welcomed by the sound of water rippling down the cascades to the bottom of the plantation. Tropical flowers, shrubs and trees are swept in by the refreshing breeze where you will find a virtual celebration of nature and life.

Villa Kanti in Ubud, Bali consists of five spacious bedroom suites located in three pavilions which sleep a total of ten guests in perfect comfort.

The main pavilion is the Living and Dining Pavilion , connected to the kitchen on the side of the property by a soaring “alang alang” (thatched) roof and carefully landscaped terrazzo and walkways from special stepping stones (pebble washed) to the three suite pavilions – the Master Pavilion, the Temple Pavilion and the Ricefield Pavilion.

Each pavilion offers panoramic views to the verdant rice fields, waterfall and river.

A fully equipped kitchen staffed with Balinese chefs able to prepare both local and international cuisine will ensure that your dietary requirements are met and exceeded.

Villa Kanti Services Facilities

Villa KÃNTI provides a well-balanced blend of air-conditioned comfort and tropical open-air living. With seven pavilions established on 3200 sq meters of land, it comfortably accommodates up to ten guests who would still be able to lose sight of each other within the boundaries of privacy that the pavilions offer. The focal point of the property is the open-air living and dining pavilion, which drops down onto the 20 by 4 meter lap swimming pool filled with salt treated water overlooking the rice paddies.

For those moments where you might like to remind yourself of ‘civilization’, there is a fully air-conditioned Media & Entertainment room with a spectacularly large screen – 67 inch satellite TV, home theatre with an extensive DVD collection of international movies and music. On the mezzanine level above the open-air living and dining pavilion, a desk provides a PC with internet connection and a printer for your convenience.

The rates above are inclusive of:
- Return airport transfers
- Daily full breakfast (at your choice of American or Continental)
- Daily laundry excluding dry cleaning
- Personal car service with driver for trips into Ubud area

Seasonal Period:
Low Season: Jan 9 - Jul 14, Sep 16 - Dec 19
High Season : Jul 15 - 31, Sep 1 - 15
Peak Season : Aug 1 - 31, Dec 20 - Jan 8

Minimum Stay Required:
Normal Season: 3 nights
High Season : 5 nights
Peak Season : 7 nights

Check-in & check-out time:
Check In time: 14:00
Check Out time : 11:00
In cases where there is no other booking for the same day,
the Management may extend the check-out time until 15:00. Late check-out until 18:00 is
subject to availability with additional charge of 50% from one night villa rate. A full
one night rate will be applied for check out after 18:00.

Booking procedures:
- A 50% of down payment from total rental value is required due to ensure and secure the reservation.
- The payment should be in US Dollars
- Payment with Visa and Master card is accepted
- The reservation to be confirmed when the deposit is received by the villa.
- The remaining due balance should be settle prior arrival at least 30 days for low season booking and high/peak season within 45 days prior arrival to the villa.
- And the remaining due balance is non refundable

Cancellation Policy:
1.Notice of cancellation must be received by villa in writing by
fax or email at least 30 days prior to arrival for Low Season,
45 days prior to arrival for High Season and 60 days for Peak Season bookings.
2.Deposit will be refunded in full less US$300.00, if the booking is cancelled
61 days or more prior to arrival (91 days for Christmas/New Year bookings).
3.In the event a reservation is cancelled less than 61 days prior to arrival the
deposit will be forfeited or non refundable.
4. Final Payments are non-refundable
