Villa Puri Tupai Bali Location

Villa Puri Tupai Ubud Bali is located just a few kilometres south of Ubud in central Bali and approx. one hour from the airport. The villa belongs to the small, native village of Lod Tunduh, which is famous for its wood carving artists. The village is an ideal starting point for guests who want to explore and be inspired by the mysticism of the traditional Bali..

Villa Puri Tupai Bali Rooms

Puri Tupai consists of two traditional “joglo” houses, incorporating the best of Javanese and Balinese architecture. Left wing and right wing. Left wing contains two bedrooms, main kitchen, living area, writing table. Right wing contains two bedrooms, bar area, day bed, and entertainment mezzanine lounge.

Bedroom
There are total four bedrooms (three double and one twin) which can accommodate up to eight guests in genteel comfort. All bedrooms are with air-conditioning system and en-suite bathroom but without bathtub.

Living and Dining Area
As mentioned above that each “joglo” is equipped with a spacious living area which surrounded by glass windows and doors. On the living area there is sofa, day lazy bed, writing table, bar are and kitchen.
The kitchen is fully equipped with all modern cooking utensils and operated by a good chef. The dining table seats 8 persons in total.

On the right wing there is an entertainment mezzanine lounge where there is the satellite TV, DVD and VCD Player. The stereo system is set to entertain the whole compound.

Swimming Pool
This large swimming pool is strategically positioned adjacent to the lawn tennis court to maximize the chance to enjoy the surrounding nature. Close to the pool, there are two more “jineng” where guests may relax and spend the days.

The rates above are subject 10% to government tax and service charge.

Rates above are inclusive the benefits of:
- one time round trip Airport transfer
- daily choice of breakfast ( American, Continental or Indonesian)
- welcome drinks and cold towels upon arrival
- flowers arrangement
- daily Car and driver for only Ubud area ( exclude petrol)
- fully staff : chef, cleaning service and house manager.

- Baby cot could prepare upon request with additional charge US$ 39 net/night
- Extra bed will provided upon request with additional charge US$ 55 net /night/ one extra bed included daily breakfast.

High & Peak Season Periods
Low Season period: January 11 - June 30), September 01 - December 19
High season period: July 01 - August 31, inclusive Chinese New year & Easter Week.
Peak season period: December 20 - January 10

Minimum stay required:
Reservation subject to availability and confirmation.
A minimum of 5 nights stay in low season
A minimum of 7 nights stay in high season
A minimum of 10 nights stay in peak season

Check-in/check-out time:
Check-in time: 14:00
Check-out time: 12:00
Late check-out (day use) until 18:00 is at additional charge of 50% from 1 (one) night villa rate and subject to availability

Villa booking procedures:
• A deposit of 50% of the total rental amount is required within 7 days of receiving our reservation confirmation form with the final balance should be settled one month prior to arrival date
• For bookings made 7 days or less before arrival, full final cash payment is required at the villa upon arrival.
• All payments are to be made in US dollars either via electronic bank transfer (account details will be given at time of booking) or by cash in US dollar bank notes at the villa. For electronic transfers, guests will be responsible for any bank charges incurred.

Cancellation Policy:
1). Notice of cancellation must be received by the villa in writing either by
Fax or email at least 30 days prior to arrival for Low Season, 45 days prior to arrival for
High Season and 61 days for Peak Season bookings.
2). All deposits and rental payments are non refundable.
3). In the event of reservation is cancelled less then notice of seasonal period as
mentioned above, however the deposit has been paid will be forfeited.
4). Balance Payments is non-refundable.

F&B
Foods and beverages are on guest's account. First dinner in villa for a late check-in and/or first breakfast can be arranged upon request. All expenses are at guest's account.

Insurance
We strongly recommend that you take out a comprehensive travel insurance at the time of booking, to protect you and all those accompanying you for the full time of your visit against illness, incl. evacuation, injury, death, loss of baggage and personal items, cancellation and other travel contingencies.

Responsibility
Please be advised that we are not responsible for any loss or damage to personal equipment and property during your stay at Puri Tupai Villas, or during your participation in any activities during your visit to Bali. We will not accept responsibility for any delay, additional expense or inconvenience which maybe caused directly or indirectly by events outside of our control such as late arrival of International flights, civil disturbances, fire, floods, unusually severe weather, acts of God, acts of government, or the failure of any machinery or equipment.
