Villa Moonlight is a rare and remarkable vacation destination located in the most beautiful area of Bali. This elegant villa, on the cliff side, overlooks exceptionally stunning views of the ocean, the palatial mountains and surrounding lush valleys. White sandy beaches within short walking distance.

Villa Moonlight Location

Moonlight Villa is located on the most southwesterly tip of the beautiful area known as The Bukit – a limestone plateau rising sharply from the sea, fringed by steep cliffs and some of the most idyllic beaches in Bali. Characterised by wide open spaces and clear blue skies, the turquoise waters are the playground of migrating whales. A tropical, equatorial climate means year-round balmy temperatures and, even in the rainy season, The Bukit – which is much drier than the rest of the island – is a reliable sun-trap. When the southeast trade winds blow offshore and the southern ocean swells hit the reefs, the barrelling surf breaks are among the best in the world. The only other activity along the coastline is seaweed farming, still traditionally practiced by the original Balinese coastal families.

Villa Moonlight is only 30 minutes’ drive from Bali’s International Airport and no more than 45 minutes’ from the endless shopping, vibrant nightlife and international restaurants of Kuta and Seminyak. The world-class Bali Golf and Country Club in Nusa Dua is a 25 minutes’ drive, while the 18-hole, championship, New Kuta Golf Course at Pecatu is a mere 10 minutes’ drive. This covers 85 hectares above Dreamland Beach, and was designed by Ronald Fream. Its signature hole, no. 15, commands splendid views. Ubud – Bali’s centre for fine arts and cultural performances – is about 90 minutes’ drive to the north. The remainder of the island offers a rich mosaic of cultures, tastes, sights and sounds, together with a wide array of activities, including tennis, horseback riding, dive schools, sailing cruises and much more.

There are 4 luxury suites each on their own level ensuring maximum privacy for your total relaxation and comfort. Each suite is individually decorated with its own elegant color scheme.

- Suite 1 – This is our most impressive and private suite with striking valley and mountain views. A gorgeous outside terrace for reading a book or enjoying your morning coffee or afternoon cocktail. Relax to the peaceful sounds of the waterfall cascading outside of the bedroom, private living room and huge bathroom area or enjoy your outside shower in private gardens or a soothing bath in the oversized double jacuzzi.

- Suite 2 – Surrounded with panoramic views of the mountains and valley and a beautiful view of the koi pond… Elegant bathroom with two person Jacuzzi and shower. Enjoy Bali’s magnificent sunrise in the morning Covered terrace with comfortable seating and large outdoor relaxing area!

- Suite 3 – Expansive ocean views, private terrace and beautiful gardens right out your door! Very romantic room with king size poster bed! Rich hardwood floors lead to countless windows to open and enjoy the Bali breezes if you choose! Bathroom offers spacious outdoor shower in your own private gardens and a Jacuzzi for two!

- Suite 4 – This is a wonderful suite on the top floor with an exceptional view of the ocean. Private terrace. King sized bed can be converted into twins. Gorgeous hardwood floors and pleasant reading area. Easy access to the upper level living area and the large terrace for really enjoyable nighttime relaxation or sun bathing during the day!

Bedrooms and Bathrooms – all rooms have King size bed, AC and overhead ceiling fans, flat screen TV, DVD player, phone, dressing table, built in closet, safety box, Jacuzzi, double sinks with granite tops, hot water shower.

Living, Dining and Kitchen Areas
The first floor offers a relaxing living room, dining room and kitchen area with views of the ocean, gardens and pool area. Seating for eight at the elegant dining table, or for more casual dining, eat at one of the two bars in the kitchen area. Western style kitchen with the most up-to-date appliances available. Floor to ceiling glass doors allow area to be fully air conditioned or opened to enjoy the ocean breezes.

Step out of the dining area, take a seat in one of the lounges sitting in a small pond or the staff will set up a table and chairs for four, for your dining pleasure while cooling your feet in the pond and enjoying the sounds of the water fall.

Large living/entertainment area on the second floor equipped with home theater. Overlooks the pool area with spectacular ocean views. Step outside to a quiet terrace with lots of comfortable seating and enchanting views. Great place to read a book during the day or star gaze at night!

Pool Area
Relax in a beautiful infinity pool, sit under the waterfall or cool off in the whirlpool while enjoying the view of the Indian Ocean and valley from the cliffs of Uluwatu.

Soak up the sun on the comfy lounges or stretch out on the large sectional sofa and read a book or take a nap! Our pool area, with its beautiful gardens is the perfect place to relax and entertain.

Villa Moonlight Terms

- All villa rates are subject 15.5% to goverment tax and service charge.
- Long Stay and Last Minute bookings is available upon request.

Rates above are inclusive of benefits:
- one time round trip Airport transfer
- daily breakfast
- Wi-Fi internet connection
- welcome drinks and cold towels upon arrival
- fully staffs :  maids and house manager.

Seasonal periods:
Low Season: Jan 9-31 May (excl. Easter,CNY), Sep 16-Dec 14
High Season: 20th Jan - 25th Jan 2012 inclusive (CNY week) 4th Apr - 14th Jan 2012 inclusive (Easter week) and Jun 1 - Sep 15
Peak Season: Dec 15-Jan 8 (Xmas - NY)

Minimum stay required:
Low Season : 2 nights
High Season : 5 nights
Peak Season : 7 nights

The villa standard check in/out time:
- Check-in time : 14:00
- Check-out time : before 12:00
- In case late check-out until 18:00 will charge additional cost at 50% from one night villa rate, and full one night rate should be charge for check-out after 18:00.

Booking term and condition:
- A 50% deposit from the total rental value is required due to secure the booking.
- Deposits must be received by the villa within 5 working days after the relevant
invoice has been sent and otherwise the booking we assumed is NOT materialized.
- The payment should be in US Dollars
- The balance of payment is required to settle at 30 days prior arrival date for low season booking, 45 days for high season and 60 days for Christmas/New Year bookings.
- The reservation to be confirmed when the payments is received by the villa.
- For last minute bookings (within 1 week or less) then full payment upon arrival in cash is acceptable.

Cancellation Policy:
Typically the cancellation charges are:
- if a Guest cancels more than 60 days prior to the beginning of the Rental Period, the cancellation charge will be 20% of the total rental amount.
- if a Guest cancels between 30 - 60 days prior to the beginning of the Rental Period, the cancellation charge will be 50% of the total rental amount.
- if a Guest cancels between 0 - 29 days prior to the beginning of the Rental Period, the cancellation charge will be 100% of the total rental amount.
