Blue Point Bali Villa Location

Blue Point Villas Bay & Spa only 25 minutes from the airport and 2 kms from the impressive Uluwatu temple, where Balinese gather to celebrate Purnama, or full moon.

Blue Point Bay Villas & Spa is the ultimate coast resort. Situated on top of the cliff, on the extreme southern shore of Bali. The romantic idea resolved in a concept, combining state of the art comfort with the genuine ocean view. Probably there is no comparison to this area in Bali, possibly in the world

 

Blue Point Bali Villa Rooms

Four types of private Villas are offered: Honeymoon, Presidential, both including a private plunge pool and Jacuzzi, the Twin two storied and the Split two-storied Villas. A mix of state of the art function and elegance. All villa types are spaciously appointed, highlighted by traditional thatching, natural stonework and polished timber fittings.
Ideal for couples, and with wide space to relax and enjoy the spectacular ocean view. Blue Point Bay Villas is intimately designed, with a limited number of rooms.
Four types of private Villas are offered: Honeymoon, Presidential, both including a private plunge pool and Jacuzzi, the Twin two storied and the Split two-storied Villas.
* Honeymoon Villas:4 unit. 75 sq. mts with two smaller buildings within the villa area.
Each villa consists of one bedroom, one bathroom and an open air ocean view verandah. Ideal for dining, facing a plunge pool. One of the smaller buildings is a kitchen, and the other is a wooden gazebo designed for siestas.
* Presidential Villas:5 units. 200 sq. mts. Single storey, with a main building and two smaller Bales, comprising a kitchen and a small wooden gazebo. Each of these excellent villas offer two spacious bedrooms, with their own private bathroom, a semi - circular verandah for living / dining area and an open entrance foyer.
There is also a 20 sq. mts plunge pool attached to a wooden sundeck.
* Two - storey Villas:8 units. 140 sq. mts. Villas under one roof. The superior Villa can be split into two separate units or opened into the large unit for families or groups.
The bedrooms and the bathrooms are located on the ground floor. The sea facing top floor is an open air area sheltered by rainproof bamboo curtains , and comfortable furnitures.
* Two - storey split Villas:14 units. Total area of 130 sq.m. Each villa's bedroom and bathroom are located on the ground floor.
On the top floor, there is an open multifunction area, ideal for activities, dining or just enjoy the magnificent sunset.

Pool
There are two large pools, one kidney shaped looking over the southern cliff, the other terraced, amongst the villas. Ideal for couples, and with wide space to relax and enjoy the spectacular ocean view.

The above rates are inclusive 10% service charge & 11% Government tax.

Peak Season Period:

22 December - 05 January

The rest of the month are regular season0

Inclusion:

- one time return transfer in/out from Airport to Villa

- choice of daily breakfast at the villa

- welcome drinks and cold towels upon arrival

- welcome foot massage 15 mnts

- fruits basket and flower arrangement

- tea and coffee maker facilities in the room

- mineral water.

The villa booking procedures:

- To ensure book the villa we required your written e-mail as a booking confirmation, and then we will continue send you a pro forma invoice and bank details for a 50% deposit from the total rental outlay due to secure the reservation.

- the balance of payment should be settle prior arrival or at least upon check-in at the villa for regular period.

- but for the Christmas, New Year and high season period that the remaining balance of payment should be settle 45 days prior arrival to the villa

Check in/out time

- Check-in time: 14:00; Check-out time: 12:00.

- Late check-out (day use) until 18:00 is at additional charge of 50% from 1 (one) night villa rate and subject to availability

Minimum Stay Required:
Low Season: 5 nights
High Season: 7 nights
Peak Season: 7 nights

Cancellation Policy:

- Deposits will be refunded in full less USD 150.00, if the reservation is cancelled 61 days or more prior to arrival (91 days for Christmas/New Year bookings)In the event a reservation is cancelled less than 61 days prior to arrival (or 91 days for Christmas/New Year bookings) the deposit will be forfeited.

- Notice of cancellation must be received by the villa on writing
