LaGen Cliff Villa, a luxurious villa on the top of the hill of Uluwatu, southern of Bali.
ULUWATU means "on a cliff" in Balinese, the local language.
Just minutes away from Uluwatu Temple and Ngurah Rai International
Airport, the LaGen Cliff Villa is a perfect hideaway in the Paradise
Island of Bali.
It is a place to indulge yourself and enjoy the beauty of nature. A
place where you can watch the breathtaking sunset from the cool private
swimming pool or from the hot Jacuzzi with an exotic drink. Or having
an elegant dinner in the restaurant with the sunset just outside the
window.
You can also watch the fishermen's light parade on the Indian Ocean at
night, it's like hundreds of fire-flies covering the ocean at the
fishing hours.
LaGen CLIFF Villa is the ideal luxurious place with privacy and far from the noisy, crowded beach, hotel and busy road of Bali and the first place where you can enjoy the Japanese Tea Ceremony in the Tatami Room in Bali.
Lagen Cliff Villa Bali Location
Lagen Cliff is only 25 minutes by car from the
Ngurah Rai International Airport, 5 minutes by helicopter. The nearby
ancient Uluwatu temple, which was built in the 13th century, is only 3
minutes away by car.
The Uluwatu Beach is famous for surfing. The Rip-Curl Cups
are held on this beach. You can watch the most
beautiful sunset from this beach.
Lagen Cliff Villa Bali Rooms
LaGen CLIFF Villa consists of six bedrooms and a living room, gourmet kitchen, dining room, entertainment room, Tatami room (Japanese Tea Ceremony Room) and Jacuzzi in the middle of second swimming pool which overlook at the Indian Ocean.
The King Master Room
The King Master Room has the Indian Ocean view from the super king bed
and Uluwatu Temple view from the modern furnished bath room. From this
room, you can directly access the second pool with the Jacuzzi in the
middle of pool and swim to The Queen Master Room. There is also access
to the top of the villa on this room to get a better view of the
surrounding.
The Queen Master Bedroom
Indian Ocean and pool overlooking from the super king size bed room.
Furnished with modern furniture, bathtub and Ylang-Ylang roof. You can
jump into the swimming pool anytime you want directly from the bedroom.
Or go to the top of the Villa to enjoy the beautiful sunset, Uluwatu
Temple or just look around the Uluwatu area.
The Prince Room
The Prince Room has a twin bed, with minimalist furniture, modern
bathtub, shower and sink. The comfort room, whenever you have to share
room with friends in your tour group. Overlooking the window are the
floral garden, bale bengong and the main swimming pool.
The Princess Room
Like the Prince Room, decorated with the modern furniture and the twin
bed and the abstract painting hanging on the wall. It's also equipped
with the modern bath up and overview the main pool and garden with bale
bengong.
Shogun Room
This fully Japanese modern furnished super king size bedroom has a
bathtub and shower with romantic lighting. Decorated in Japanese style.
It has Japanese Kimono and two calligraphy hanging on the wall with
minimalist furniture, modern bathtub, shower and sink.
Tatami Room
This is the place where we perform the ‘Japanese Tea Ceremony'. You can
enjoy and participate in the ceremony, our trained staff will serve you
like you do in Japan. All the material décor for the Tatami Room like
the sliding door, paintings and divider are imported from Japan. And
there are so many antique collections of the owner in this room.
Spa Suite
This is the largest bedroom with the super king size bed. The romantic
setting with white lion stone statue and Japanese painting covering the
walls combining with Balinese carved stone, will make you feel like
heaven and want to stay forever. The Spa Suites Room has Jacuzzi,
bathtub, shower, large toilette, hair dryer and massage bed.
Sunset Bale
The Sunset Bale is the balcony at the top of Lagen Cliff Villa, a place
to watch the sun setting into the Indian Ocean surrounded by the
beautiful panorama of Uluwatu temple. Here, you can relax and enjoy a
massage from the villa highly skilled masseurs or a romantic candle
light dinner while the sun goes down until the moon and stars shine
their beauty.
The Sunset Bale also has an exclusive access from the King and Queen
Master Room.

- Villa rates quoted in US Dollar and inclusive 21% to government tax and service charge.
- Last minutes and long stay rates are available upon request.

* Early Check-In is available for free-of-charge but subject to availability.
* Late Check-Out until 15:00 PM is available for free-of-charge if we do not have other guests arriving on that day, Late Check-Out until 18:00 PM will be charged 50% of nightly rate, after 18:00 PM will be charged at full nightly rate.

The Villa Booking Procedures:
- To ensure book the villa we required your written e-mail as a booking confirmation, and then we will continue send you a pro forma invoice and bank details for a 50% deposit from the total rental outlay due to secure the reservation.
- the balance of payment should be settle prior arrival or at least upon check-in at the villa for regular period.
- but for the Christmas, New Year and high season period that the remaining balance of payment should be settle 45 days prior arrival to the villa.
Cancellation Policy:
1). Notice of cancellation must be received by the villa in writing either by
Fax or email at least 30 days prior to arrival for Low Season, 45 days prior to arrival for
High Season and 61 days for Peak Season bookings.
2). Deposit will be refunded in full less US$300.00, if the booking is cancelled 61 days
or more prior to arrival (91 days for Christmas/New Year bookings).
3). In the event of reservation is cancelled less then notice seasonal period however
the deposit has been paid will be forfeited or non refundable.
4). Final Payments are non-refundable.
