Set on a dramatic hilltop above the Indian Ocean in an area named Pecatu that famous for its position perched high in the hills.

This Four-bedroom estate overlooks Jimbaran, Kuta and Benoa Bay.
Designed by acclaimed architect Popo Danes the layout has been designed to make the most of the 270-degree views.

Sitting hundreds of meters above sea level, Villa Ali Agung sits within a secure gated estate and is composed of a main house and private pavilion. Extravagant infinity design of a swimming pool lies high above the canopy of tropical vegetation below.
The villa features manicured Tropical Gardens, lily ponds and articulately designed interior by Roland Adam of GoodLife in Jakarta.

The two open living areas offer a constantly changing view of the sea and land. With a back drop of the lights of south Bali as far as the eyes can see and accompanied by the bright stars this villa is the perfect choice for that peaceful getaway.

Villa Ali Agung Terms

The rates above are subject 15% prevailing to govenment tax and service charge

- Longer stay rates are negotiable.

- Food & beverage, telephone and damage of the property are additional cost.

Seasonal Period:

High Season: From 1st July to 31st August, From 20th December to 7th January, Chinese New Year week (3 days before and after), Easter week (one week before and after the Easter day)

Minimum stay:

Low season: 3 nights

High seasons: 7 nights

Check-in and Check-out time:

Check-in time is 2.30 AM and check-out time is 11 AM. Late check-out until 4 pm is subject to availability with additional charge 50% from the room rates. Full night rate applies for check out after 4 PM.

Payment Terms:

• All enquiries can only be held for 7 working days without guarantee deposit before release.

• All reservation can only be confirmed with a 50% non-refundable deposit from the total rental rate.

• 50% balance due should be settled at the 30 days prior to arrival date for low seasons period and 60 days prior to arrival date for high seasons period.

• In case of last-minutes booking, payment should be made in full at the latest 7 days prior to guest arrival. Should the booing made within 7 days prior to arrival, full payment should be settled before the guest check-in.

• Any bank transfer charges are the responsibility of the guest.

• Method of Payment: Cash USD or Bank Transfer, all bank transfer charges are the responsibility by the client.

Cancellation

Deposit payment is non-refundable. We strongly recommended that all guests take out a comprehensive insurance to protect them for the full time of their visit against illness, death, lost of baggage and personal items, cancellation and other travel contingencies.
