Villa Bayu consists of 3 buildings all featuring traditional thatched roofs. The main building accommodates the spacious living and dining area and the modern open-plan kitchen. The spacious living/dining area is furnished with a dining table for up to 8 guests and antique sofas with cushions.here is a television with satellite receiver to enjoy over 50 international news programs, sports and movie channels. Large ceiling fans guarantee permanent ventilation. The living and dining areas overlook the large swimming pool and the Indian Ocean.

This is a spacious and comfortable villa set in a quiet location and offering spectacular views – perfect for a relaxed vacation in Bali away from the tourist crowds. Villa Bayu Location

Villa Bayu is located on the Bukit, the hill south of the airport, and offers a spectacular view of the Indian ocean and Bali’s famous sunsets. It takes only minutes driving to Padang Padang beach (a legendary surfing spot), 15 minutes to the Uluwatu Temple, 20 minutes to Jimbaran beach and 25 minutes to Nusa Dua, Kuta and Bali’s International Airport.

Villa Bayu Rooms

The four air-conditioned bedrooms occupy two 2-storey wings on both sides of the main building. The two upstairs bedrooms have king-size beds and terraces, and each of both downstairs bedrooms has 2-single beds, a terrace and its own small private garden. All bedrooms feature large folding doors opening up to the terrace and enjoy great ocean views. Each bedroom has its own open-air bathroom with sink and shower.

The modern kitchen is fully equipped with stove, oven, juicer, refrigerator, crockery, cutlery, etc. The well-trained house staff lives on-site and nearby and includes a cook, a maid and house boy to clean and handle your laundry, gardener & security guards.

Your personal Butler will take care of all your arrangements from planning meals, serving your afternoon tea, and arranging parties in your villa to visiting attractions, going shopping or organizing other activities and is available around the clock. A free massage on arrival is part of the service, and additional in-house Spa & Beauty treatments and Yoga workshop are available at nominal costs. An air-conditioned car with driver is included in the rental rate and at your service whenever needed.

all rates above are subject to 15% government tax and service charge.

Rates above are inclusive of folowing benefits:
- Welcome drink and cool towel upon arrival.
- Car and driver for 8 hours per day (7 seats, excluding petrol).
- Free wireless internet.
- Daily continental breakfast.
- Return airport transfers.
- Fully staffs : private chef, maids and house manager.

- groceries bill + 20% purchased by staff.

Seasonal periods:
Low Season: Jan 09 – Jan 30, Feb 08 – April 21, April 30 – June 30 & Sept 16, 2011 – Dec 19.
High Season: Jan 31 – Feb 07, April 22 – April 29 & July 01 – Sept 15.
Peak Season: December 20 – January 08 .

Minimum stay required:
Low Season : 3 nights
High Season : 7 nights
Peak Season : 7 nights

The villa standard check in/out time:
- Check-in time : 14:00
- Check-out time : before 12:00
- In case late check-out until 18:00 will charge additional cost at 50% from one night villa rate, and full one night rate should be charge for check-out after 18:00.

Booking term and condition:
- A 50% deposit from the total rental value is required due to secure the booking.
- Deposits must be received by the villa within 5 working days after the relevant
invoice has been sent and otherwise the booking we assumed is NOT materialized.
- The payment should be in US Dollars
- The balance of payment is required to settle at 30 days prior arrival date for low season booking, 45 days for high season and 60 days for Christmas/New Year bookings.
- The reservation to be confirmed when the payments is received by the villa.
- For last minute bookings (within 1 week or less) then full payment upon arrival in cash is acceptable.

Cancellation Policy:
- Deposits and final payments are non-refundable
