When you step foot into villa Capung, you will be entranced by Mother Nature's sights and sounds. Nestled on the verdant Bukit and over looking the azure Jimbaran bay, Villa Capung encapsulates everything good that Bali has to offer - amazing vistas, lush landscaping, tropical water features and a sense of reassuring serenity.
This exquisite hideway is a mere 30 minutes drive from Bali's international Airport, and a stone's throw from world-class golf courses, surfing beaches and idyllic spots for surrender into mesmerizing sunsets.

Villa Capung offers a complete escape set in lush surroundings. There are three guest suites, indoor and outdoor entertainment spaces, dining areas, an entertainment room, an infinity edge swimming pool, a large garden and an open pavilion (Bale), all set within a walled estate. The three air-conditioner guest suites offer king size or twin beds adomed in luxurious linen, and en suite bathrooms.

Villa Capung Location

Villa Capung is only 25 minutes by car from the Ngurah Rai International Airport, 5 minutes by helicopter. The nearby ancient Uluwatu temple, which was built in the 13th century, is only 3 minutes away by car.

The Uluwatu Beach is famous for surfing. The Rip-Curl Cups are held on this beach. You can watch the most beautiful sunset from this beach.

Master Suite
The master suite exudes majesty. Finished to the highest standards, the suites runs the entire width of the villa. Beyond the creature comforts, you will be treated to stunning views over the Bukit and ocean beyond. A sanctuary within the retreat, you are invited to indulge in an antique four-poster bed adomed with sumptuous pillows, discover the large walk-in closet, or simply luxuriate in the over sized bathtub watching the sun go down.

Guest Suite
The guest suite is set in a wing of its own with a private balcony, that provides a perfect vantage point to take in the sweeping views of Jimbaran Bay and tree-lined Bukit. An outdoor shower, set amongst lush landscaping, allows guest to bathe in nature without leaving their suite.

Garden Suite
Step out from the garden suite into the lush gardens of Villa Capung, where swaying palm trees and the scent of frangipani fills the air. A haven for guests of all ages, the entertainment room has a luxurious teakwood daybed to lie back on and enjoy films or play action games on the Playstation console. The daybed can also serve as guest accommodation for two children or one adult.

Al Fresco Spaces
A sprawling lotus pond and water features welcome guests as they enter Villa Capung, before stepping into the gardens and open pavilion area. he open pavilion or Bale is the perfect spot to sit quietly and read, take a well-deserved afternoon nap, or dine under the stars in the evening.
Maintained by a resident gardener, the villa grounds are ideal for lazing by the pool on sumptuous daybeds, wandering amid landscapes greenery or simply relaxing in the shade.
A side gate allows guests in the Garden suite to privately enter and exit the villa.

Villa Capung Terms

All rates above are subject 15% to government tax & service charge

The above rates are inclusive the following benefits:
- One time round trip Airport transfer
- Welcome drink and chilled towels upon arrival

- Daily Continental breakfast
- in house laundry (not dry cleaning)
- Wi-Fi Internet connection
- Fully staff: Chef, butler, villa attendants, residence gardener.

Note: Groceries bill + 30% purchased by staff.

Seasonal periods:
Peak Season : August 01 - 31, Dec 20 - Jan 8.
High Season : Chinese New Year,Easter week and July 1 - 31, Sept 1 - 15.
Low Season : All other times of the year

Minimum Stay Requirement:
Low Season : 3 nights
High Season : 5 nights
Peak Season : 10 nights

Late check out until 18:00 is additional charge of 50 % from 1 (one) night room rates and subject to villa avaibility.

Payment Terms:
- All payment must be made in USD
- All reservations/bookings can only be confirmed if the 50% non-refundable guarantee deposit from the total rental rate, received by the villa, within 6 working days after the relevant invoice and payment instructions have been given to the customer.
- All reservations/bookings without guarantee deposit can only be held for 6 working days before released.
- The 50% balance due should be settled 45 days prior to arrival for High Season and 30 days prior to arrival for Low Seasons.
- If the balance is not received by the due date, the villa reserves the right to cancel the reservation/booking and retain the customer guarantee deposit.
- In the case of reservation/booking made less than 45 days prior to arrival in High Season and 30 days prior arrival in Low Season, payment should be made in full at the latest 7 days prior to the customer arrival.

Villa Capacity:
We strictly observe the villa capacity policy. For example: the three bedroom villas maximum occupancy is 6 persons and 12 persons for whole villa bedroom (6 bedrooms). If you wish to have additional guests we should got informed in advance.

Cancellation Policy:
- Reservation canceled less than 60 days prior to arrival for high/peak season and 30 days prior to arrival for low season are subject to a complete forfeiture of guarantee deposit to compensate the villa for the time and effort involved in making a reservation and to compensate the owner for the loss of other potential reservation that have turned down once a booking has been confirmed.
- Notice of cancellation must be received by the villa in writing
- Final payment are non-refundable
