Villa Teresa Terms
All rates above quoted in US Dollars in nightly basis and subject 10% to government tax.
Long term and last minute rates ( a week prior arrival) are available upon request.
Rates above are inclusive of benefits:
- Daily continental/Indonesian breakfast 2 persons per room.
- One time round trip Airport transfer
- Welcome drinks, tropical fresh fruits and cold towels upon arrival
- Welcome fruits basket
- Flowers arrangement
- Fully staff including private chef, maids and house manager
- Drinking mineral water
- Free Unlimited high speed internet connection WI-FI (personal laptop is required)
- Complimentary member access to Canggu Club
Villa condition:
- The rates are per night per villa.
- All payment must be made in US Dollars
- An extra bed is available limit one per room at US$ 40 nett per night and include daily breakfast
- In accordance of private stay concept are convenience to book either 2 bedrooms or 3 bedrooms villa and absolutely comfort combine to be 5 bedrooms ideal to accommodate larger group with two private swimming pools.
- During the Peak season periods is required to book entire villas bedrooms.
Seasonal periods:
Low Season: January 9 - June 30, September 16 - December 19
High Season: July 01 - September 15, Chinese New Year(Jan 21 - 27'2012) and Easter Week (Apr 6 - 13'2012)
Peak Season: December 20 - January 9 (Xmas - New Year)
Minimum stay required:
Low Season : 3 nights
High Season : 7 nights
Peak Season : 10 nights
Villa Capacity Policy:
We strictly observe the villa capacity policy. For example: the two bedroom villas maximum occupancy is 4 persons. The three bedroom villa maximum occupancy is up to 6 persons and entire bedrooms is ideal and comfort to accommodate 10 persons. If you wish to have additional guests or function at the villa should be informed in advance to villa management otherwise the booking will not be accepted prior confirmation.
Check-in & Check-out time:
- Check-in time : 14:00
- Check-out time : before 12:00
- In cases where there is no other booking for the same day, the Management may extend the check-out time until 15:00. Late check-out until 18:00 is subject to availability with additional charge of 50% from one night villa rate. A full one night rate will be applied for check out after 18:00.
Booking precedures:
- A 50% deposit from the total rental value is required due to secure the booking.
- Deposits must be received by the villa within 5 working days after the relevant invoice has been sent and otherwise the booking we assumed is NOT materialized.
- The payment should be made in US Dollars
- Full payment is required 45 days prior to arrival date for low season booking (or 60 days for Christmas/New Year bookings).
- The reservation to be confirmed when the payment is received by the villa management.
- For last minute bookings (within 1 week or less prior to arrival), full payment upon arrival in cash is acceptable.
Cancellation Policy:
- Deposits will be refunded in full less USD 150.00 if the reservation
is cancelled 61 days or more prior to arrival (91 days for Christmas/New
Year bookings).In the event a reservation is cancelled less than 61 days
prior to arrival (or 91 days for Christmas/New Year bookings) the deposit
will be forfeited.
- Notice of cancellation must be received by the villa in writing.
- Final payments are non-refundable.
Liability:
Be aware that all clients villas will be asked to sign a waiver of
liability and a credit card authorization form which will allow the villa to
charge the card for damages and any additional charges that the clients incur
whilst at the villa.
